What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy per state licensure.
• Conduct evaluations, create treatment plans, set goals, and educate families.
• Supervise COTAs, rehab aides, and students as applicable.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with professional standards.
• Participate in department development and quality initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Oregon OT license, unencumbered.
• CPR certification.
• Knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources preferred.
• Professionalism, strong communication, and passion for patient care.
