Job Summary

AllCloud is looking for a CloudOps Engineer. The ideal candidate will work with a team of cloud experts responsible for responding to customer requests and troubleshooting issues within their cloud environment. The position is dynamic and fast-paced and requires excellent customer service skills.

How You'll Make Your Mark:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Provide complete remote services including: incident management, installation, configuration, maintenance, and disaster recovery
• Respond to and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
• Implement and maintain monitoring solutions
• Provide integration support to customers utilizing a wide variety of 3rd party tooling
• Ability to collaborate and work closely with Security and Operations teams
• Answer client configuration questions 

Requirements

About You:

• 3-5 years of experience working in a Helpdesk or MSP environment
• 3-5 years of experience working in a Linux and Windows environment
• 3-5 years of experience managing and configuring Monitoring & Observability tools ( DataDog, CloudWatch, New Relic)
• Problem-solving and high independent learning abilities
• Attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills and ability to prioritise support issues
• Worked within a fast-paced DataCenter environment 
• Passionate and customer focused
• Ability to script using  Bash / Python / IaC
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

How You'll Be Most Successful:

• Understand different types of IT infrastructure, security, and cloud solutions
• Knowledge of the AWS Ecosystem
• Ability to adapt to new AWS services and cloud industry trends  
• Knowledge in Monitoring Tools: DataDog, CloudWatch, New Relic
• Knowledge in Containers technology ( K8s / EKS / ECS / Docker )
