About the role:
Boston Scientific’s Renal Denervation Franchise is seeking a Principal Product Manager to support global upstream activities and play a pivotal role in formulating a high-impact global product launch strategy. You will lead market research, interact regularly with physicians, and bring a commercial voice to product development teams. This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel, operating independently and with minimal supervision. You will collaborate regularly with the downstream commercial organization and cross-functional partners to develop and execute a successful global product strategy.

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Bring commercial voice and leadership to product development teams, speaking for the user needs and market opportunities
- Develop and execute launch plans with global partners
- Conduct research including but not limited to physician advisory board Q and A, qualitative and quantitative surveys, and market data synthesis
- Build and maintain rigorous market and revenue models for all global regions
- Track and understand the global competitive landscape
- Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and decision-makers
- Support additional renal denervation related development activities for future product generations and accessory portfolio
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device or healthcare marketing or strategy
- Proven track record of Key Opinion Leader engagement
- Travel up to 30 percent domestically and globally
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline
- Ability to engage and influence cross-functional colleagues
- Strong communication and presentation skills across internal and external audiences
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and partner with internal and external stakeholders
