Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the facility, including admissions, marketing, financial management, and strategic planning.
- Ensure top-notch resident care and maintain high standards of quality assurance.
- Manage facility operations, including maintaining the physical plant and optimizing revenue, under the guidance of the Senior Administrator.
Ideal Candidate:
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Hawaii.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Health Care Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrates strong financial management skills and excels in communication and mentorship.
- Possesses a positive attitude and is committed to delivering excellent patient care.
Qualifications:
- Active NHA license in Hawaii OR eligible for AIT.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in business administration, Health Care Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in human relations, administrative management, and basic computer skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally, including overnight stays.
- Positive interactions with residents, families, government regulators, and fellow staff members.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and reference inquiry.
Experience:
- Open to candidates pursuing an AIT Program.
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
