Maintenance Technician

Full Time

$17.00/Hour

Friday-Tuesday; 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Property Manager. This position's role is to maintain all guestrooms and public areas to the utmost satisfaction of our guests and Exploria Company standards. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provides exceptional service to all guests and potential guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Performs necessary repairs and preventive maintenance tasks in a manner responsive to guest satisfaction and to the preservation of Company assets in a safe, cost-effective manner.
• Requires knowledge of maintenance skills.
• Requires the ability to handle all aspects of hotel/resort maintenance.
• Requires general knowledge of building maintenance to include minor electrical repair, appliance repair, and plumbing.
• Requires self-motivation and organizational skills.
• Requires the ability to be available for emergency repairs.
• All other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities preferred, maintenance, or related field is required.
• Construction experience preferred but not required
• HVAC knowledge is a plus
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
