Overview
The ideal Junior Sales Consultant is a well-rounded person with outstanding communication skills. These individuals are team players and are willing to assist when and where needed. As valuable support staff, they both follow direction and take initiative to help ensure the office is running smoothly.
The Junior Sales Consultant will partner closely with the Patient Care Consultant and be responsible for ensuring the administrative details of a sale are accomplished. They will also sell as needed. These individuals must be comfortable working in an environment that is constantly changing, high-energy, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist Patient Care Consultant (PCC) with administrative tasks related to sales (ex. applying for patient financing, completing pre and post procedure forms (DocuSign) with the patients, sending virtual approvals to doctors, collecting balances).
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to connect with clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable medical aesthetic services.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
- Assist in aspects of daily operation as requested by the Practice Manager.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Consultative sales experience
- Possess excellent computer skills (Excel, Outlook & Access), communication abilities, and a professional demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
- Creative thinker with the ability to identify and solve problems.
- Ability to function well both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask under pressure and be highly responsive to patients & team members.
- Full time and Weekend availability (Saturdays and/or Sundays as required)
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Physical Demands
- Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours)
- Push/pull/lift up to 25 pounds

Compensation: $22-23/hour plus commission potential.
Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant licenses or certifications.
