Maintenance & Property Care Technician

As a Maintenance Technician at Renjoy, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our rental properties are well-maintained and ready for our guests' arrival. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of rental properties and identify any issues that need to be addressed

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, basic repairs, and fixing leaky faucets

• Make necessary repairs/troubleshoot appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Respond to guest requests for maintenance or repairs during their stay

• Coordinate with the property management team to schedule maintenance and repairs

• Evaluate projects and order necessary supplies if needed

• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed

Qualifications:

• Strong technical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed

• Ability and willingness to learn

• Must have basic tools for maintenance and repairs

Compensation: This is a 1099 position with competitive hourly pay. The pay will vary depending on the applicant’s prior experience. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with the property management team to ensure all properties are well-maintained and ready for guests.
