About the role

 

What You Can Expect

As the Agile Project Manager, Senior Advisor in Houston, Texas you will drive the delivery of IT solutions from concept and pre-existing to delivery of fully functional working solutions based on business value and prioritization. This person will engage and focus with key stakeholders to ensure that the necessary tasks and requirements are properly gathered and documented and prioritized using an Agile methodology. Everyday, you will report to the IT PMO Director ensuring timely project reporting as well as relationship management with internal and external stakeholders. This role is critical as it will provide direction and motivation to the stakeholders on milestones, risks, mitigations and resolution.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or project management
  • A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in IT project management including agile methodologies
  • Expert in project management using Scrum, SAFe or other methodologies in an IT environment to be able to contribute towards refining, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
  • Proficient with Backlog management tools (JIRA)
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization
  • Knowledge of all North American ISO (ERCOT, PJM, SPP, MISO, NYISO, ISONE, CAISO) datasets and processes
  • Functional knowledge of IT infrastructure including networking, databases, servers, security and cloud environments (Azure and AWS)
  • Previous experience guiding and coaching delivery teams on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers
  • Ability to control the scope of each project and any change management

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

 

Compensation

Salary Range: $128,400 – $196,765 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

 

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. 

 

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
