Position Title: Facilities Material Planner

Travel Required: Up to 10% of the time

Description of Duties:

The Facilities Material Planner supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:

·       Provide analytical support to Organizational Leadership in performing their Material Planner responsibilities

·       Monitor, analyze, and review costs, schedules, and material procurement plans

·       Coordinate material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of materials timed to meet project and operational requirements

·       Be responsible for coordination of material acquisition and maintenance of Bill of Material (BOM) information

·       Collaborate with customers and other members of the Procurement Team

·       Will work in the Remedy/Kinetic system

·       Assist other Material Planners as needed

Basic Requirements:

·       Must have 6, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience

o   May be reduced with completion of advanced education

·       Must have 2, or more, years of administrative work experience

·       Must have experience with Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc)

·       Must have, or obtain, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
