KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support headcount reconciliation and HR data accuracy

• Assist in employee relations and grievance handling
• Join ER visits and leadership engagement activities
• Help with recruitment drives and onboarding
• Coordinate training, events, and HR admin tasks

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR or Management

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiar with MS Office 

• Organized, discreet, and eager to learn

• Team player with a proactive attitude
