We’re looking for an amazing Campaign Operations Analyst to fill this hybrid role which is based out of our Miami, FL office. In this critical role you’ll play a key role in analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and promotional effectiveness to inform strategic marketing initiatives within the casino environment. On a daily basis, you’ll synthesize complex data sets to generate actionable insights for optimizing marketing campaigns, player rewards programs, and overall customer engagement strategies. You’ll also identify opportunities for automation to streamline current processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the performance of marketing initiatives.

By leveraging technical skills in data manipulation and system integration, you’ll support the Casino and HOBS (High On-Board Spenders) business with scalable processes and tools. Acting as the backbone of campaign delivery, this role ensures timely and error-free execution to maximize guest engagement and drive incremental revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Execution
    • Prepare and manage targeted lists for casino marketing campaigns by querying and analyzing relevant data using logic, coding, and enterprise systems. Collaborate with agencies to implement email and direct marketing campaigns
  • Automation
    • Optimize and automate existing casino campaign workflows to improve efficiency and scalability. Employ workflow automation tools and scripting to streamline repetitive tasks.
  • Model Training and Optimization
    • Develop and optimize predictive models for improved campaign targeting and personalization. Continuously monitor model performance, applying advanced techniques such as feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning to enhance outcomes.
  • Marketing Analysis
    • Define, evaluate, and analyze success metrics for casino campaigns, trials, and tests. Conduct A/B testing and other data-driven evaluations to measure effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
  • Cross Functional Communication
    • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and business strategies. Provide guidance on addressing challenges related to marketing initiatives and identify opportunities to automate recurring tasks or processes. Propose solutions to streamline communication and improve efficiency.
  • Data Quality and Availability
    • Partner with IT and Global Casino Operations to enhance the availability, accuracy, and usability of data. Provide clear data requirements, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure data integrity for downstream processes.
  • Present Data and Execution Updates
    • Lead cross-functional meetings to share updates on marketing initiatives. Use dashboards and visualizations to communicate actionable insights and business outcomes effectively.
  • Support and uphold our Culture Essentials

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Math or related field.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with data analysis tools and databases.
  • Experience in the casino, gaming, hospitality, or related industries, preferred.
  • Exposure to marketing campaign strategies and data-driven decision-making preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced-level skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, programming languages (preferably Python, with R as an alternative), experience with data visualization tools, and relational databases.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and analyse business processes, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Take initiative and demonstrate a proactive approach to work.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

  • Proven capacity to deal with failure in a positive way.

Please note that this is a hybrid position based in Miami, FL. Candidates must be comfortable coming into the office 3 days/week (Tuesday-Thursday).
