Your creativity, technical expertise, and leadership skills will contribute to the success of our product and the growth of our company.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li> Lead and contribute to the design and development of steelframe and offsite product, ensuring adherence to quality, performance, and timeline objectives.</li><li> Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the design process.</li><li> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate and rethink the way we produce and assemble materials for construction.</li><li> Utilize state-of-the-art design tools and software to create detailed design specifications, prototypes, and models.</li><li> Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical expertise and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.</li></ul><h3>Functie-eisen</h3><p> </p><ul><li>  Master's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering</li><li> 5+ years of experience in the design and engineering of steel structures, lightweight structures and, or facades</li><li> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design.</li><li>  Knowledge in parametric design and programming</li><li> Proficiency in design softwares as SCIA, Ideastatica, Advanced steel, Robot, with a strong ability to create detailed drawings, models, and prototypes.</li><li> Proven track record of successfully delivering complex design projects from concept to production.</li><li> Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design concepts.</li><li>  Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Aanvullende informatie</h3><p>If you are a forward-thinking Engineer looking to make a significant impact and contribute to groundbreaking development, we encourage you to apply.
