The IT Coordinator is responsible for providing local support for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and maintenance for Labor Management System (LMS) of distribution center(s).

ABOUT THE ROLE:

 

The points below highlight the IT Coordinator duties:

·       Assists with installing and maintaining computer systems, telecommunication systems, networking systems and other required systems

·       Provides testing and troubleshooting of hardware/ software, including PC’s, Printers and RF Scanners, and new computer configurations

·       Assists with enforcing policies for user rights and security

·       Documents new and updates IT-related processes as needed

·       Tracks backup of network resources and data throughout the network

·       Maintains up to date virus software and definitions on all computer systems throughout the campus

·       Maintains software inventory and licenses for the CIB devices and components

 

Requirements:

·       High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency

·       Minimum 1 years related experience and/or training

·       Knowledge of third-party logistics, transportation systems, and/or warehouse management systems including Red Prairie or Manhattan LMS preferred
