Job Description
The excellent Mobile Crisis Response program at the Central Oklahoma Community Mental Health Center (COCMHC) in Norman needs two (2) Behavioral Health Professional Team Leads to oversee all of its components. COCMHC provides mobile response to children, adolescents, and adults in Cleveland and McClain counties. Crisis response involves the use of both in-person and online technologies, such as iPads. For incoming COCMHC crisis calls, this position will be in responsible of developing a coordinated and integrated response. To ensure that the consumer receives the proper care, this position may be required to conduct assessments and collaborate with a treatment team.

Licensed Behavioral Health Professional Team Lead Salary Range: $77,000 - $84,892.50
Licensure Candidate Team Lead Salary Range: $72,000 - $79,380
FLSA Status: Exempt
Salaries are based on Licensure, DMH experience and EBP certifications.
Additional Compensation: Along with our great benefits we also offer additional compensation for working outside of normal business hours!
Evening – extra $3.75 hr.
Nights – extra $6.00 hr.
Weekends – extra $9.00 hr.
Holidays – extra $3.00 hr.
On Call – extra $1.00 hr.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Completion of curriculum requirements for a master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field; and
Under Supervision: Must be actively and regularly receiving board approved supervision, and extended supervision requirement is met but the individual is not yet licensed, to become licensed by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology, Social Work (clinical specialty only), Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
Licensed: Must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state of Oklahoma issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology, Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Examples include Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH.
