We’re growing fast and currently seeking a driven, relationship-focused Inside Sales Representative to help us turn leads into lifelong customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment where your communication skills can shine, this role is for you.

 What You'll Be Doing:

• Engage with warm leads and follow up with previous quotes to close the deal
• Make outbound sales calls to homeowners and introduce our top-tier services
• Identify each customer's needs and confidently recommend tailored solutions
• Maintain product knowledge to explain the benefits of our crawlspace, waterproofing, foundation, and concrete repair services
• Partner with our outside sales team to meet and exceed company sales goals
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with empathy, accuracy, and speed

 What We’re Looking For:

• Confident communicator with strong phone presence and active listening skills
• Experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles preferred
• Knowledge of home services, construction, or technical sales is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize leads effectively
• Someone who takes initiative, thrives in a performance-based culture, and genuinely enjoys helping people
