Assistant-Administrative -20 Hours Per Week!

Schedule:
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, up to 20 hours per week (Not benefits eligible)

Location:
Neuroscience Center

Key Responsibilities

• Manage physician schedules within clinic systems
• Coordinate Outlook calendars and set up provider meetings
• Process provider reimbursements
• Provide administrative support, including travel arrangements and invoice processing

Skills for Success

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to respond promptly to patients, providers, and team members
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0–3 years of administrative experience (healthcare experience preferred)
• Familiarity with matrix organizations and complex environments a plus
