About the role
Schedule:
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, up to 20 hours per week (Not benefits eligible)
Location:
Neuroscience Center
Key Responsibilities
- Manage physician schedules within clinic systems
- Coordinate Outlook calendars and set up provider meetings
- Process provider reimbursements
- Provide administrative support, including travel arrangements and invoice processing
Skills for Success
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to respond promptly to patients, providers, and team members
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0–3 years of administrative experience (healthcare experience preferred)
- Familiarity with matrix organizations and complex environments a plus
