Student Assistant (Finance)

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing of our customers while gaining hands-on experience in billing operations.<br/></p><p>In this entry-level role, you’ll gain hands-on experience with key financial processes like invoicing, payment tracking, and even contribute to metrics that drive our business, including Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).</p><p>We are looking for a meticulous, process-driven individual with strong communication skills and a service mindset. A successful candidate must confidently manage sensitive—and sometimes challenging—payment discussions with external stakeholders while ensuring internal teams submit accurate financial documentation on time.<br/><br/></p><p><strong>Key responsibilities: </strong></p><ul> <li>Ensure timely entry of signed agreements into the subscription management system to support seamless invoicing</li> <li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the subscription platform</li> <li>Prepare and issue customer invoices in accordance with agreed terms</li> <li>Record and allocate incoming payments accurately and promptly</li> <li>Respond to customer inquiries related to invoicing and billing</li> <li>Assist with debt collection and follow-up on outstanding payments</li> <li>Manage costs and review supplier invoices in our supplier management system</li> <li>Support additional administrative and finance-related tasks as needed</li> </ul><p><strong><br/>Whether you’re just getting started or building on experience, this role could be a great match for you if:</strong></p><ul> <li>You have working-level proficiency in English, written and spoken</li> <li>You understand basic financial documents and billing processes</li> <li>You are service minded, curious and perceptive</li> <li>You are assertive, yet tactful in your communication</li> <li>You have a bachelor’s degree and are currently studying for a relevant master's degree (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Commerce...) at a Danish university, with at least one year left before graduating</li> <li>You can be present in the office two or three times a week</li> </ul><p><strong><br/>What’s in it for you?</strong></p><ul> <li>Opportunity to make an impact in the everyday endeavours of the finance, support and sales teams, ultimately supporting broader company goals around customer satisfaction, cashflow and ARR optimisation</li> <li>A Danish workplace with lots of international colleagues.
