As the IT of the REWE Group Austria, we work together with our more than 500 employees to develop innovative IT products and services for all our corporate divisions in Austria and abroad, setting the tone for modern trade. In the team Central User Experience part of the Technology cluster, we are familiar with development and optimization of our internal systems at REWE International AG. The areas of responsibility are diverse, inventory management, logistics, product data management, employee data management for all these areas and more, we build user-centered applications, lead workshops, examine and research prototypes and ensure user and stakeholder-oriented communication for an ideal user experience in product development at REWE Systems.
We are looking for a Senior UX Expert to join our team and lead our user research and data analysis efforts. As a Senior UX Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing our user research strategy, analyzing data to identify insights, and communicating those insights to the product team to drive better decision-making.
Job Description
- Collaborate with product teams to define and prioritize user research needs
- Conduct user research using a variety of methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Analyze user research data to identify insights and trends
- Communicate research findings to the product team and other stakeholders in a clear and concise way
- Use data analytics to identify opportunities to improve the user experience
- Develop and implement data-driven UX strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in user research and data analysis
- Strong understanding of user experience design principles and best practices
- Expertise in data analysis and visualization
- Experience with all common research and analysis tools
- Experience with A/B testing is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
