Job Description
Data Engineers for various and unanticipated worksites (HQ: Chicago, IL). Deliver data warehouse and analytic solutions by ingesting, integrating, and curating data, building analytical solutions, and administering systems to deliver information to the health system. Create complex SQL queries and stored procedures. Collaborate with the Architecture team in the design and execution of solutions. Ensures that new and existing data models, pipelines and databases are consistent with approved data architecture standards. Facilitate, analyze, design, and execute architecture solutions. Assists with ETL design, development and maintenance including data extraction, manipulation, reporting, analysis, source-target mapping, quality profiling, change data capture, code performance. Evaluate data quality and interpret results. Deploy data warehousing models and design fundamentals, including Kimball and Inmon. Technology: OLAP or Tabular cube software; Microsoft Power BI; Tableau; Crystal Reports; SSRS; SSIS; SSAS; Azure Data Factory; SQL; Agile environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, IT/IS or related field plus 5 years of progressive experience as a Data Architect/ETL required. Required skills: 5 years with: data modeling/architecture; data warehousing models and design fundamentals (Kimball & Inmon); OLAP/Tabular cube software; SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting. Experience must include: Agile environment; complex SQL queries and stored procedures; Tableau; SSRS; SSIS/Azure Data Factory; SSAS; developing and maintaining ETL/data pipeline. Some hybrid work available. SQL test required. Background check and drug test required. $107,770/yr - $134,713/y
