Machine Shop Supervisor - Oregon

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervision of machine shop personnel
• Ensuring the promotion of customer focus through the organization.
• Scheduling and prioritizing machining jobs
• Operate machining tools and machines
• Order raw material
• Manage all quality records associated with the shop.
• Coordinate with Engineering on R & D projects and assist with design reviews
• Create simple jigs, fixtures and tooling needed for machine.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include:

• High School Diploma
• Supervisory training/and or experience.
• 5 Years experience with setup and operation of CNC machine tools.
• EDM experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of machine tools and ability to read prints and sketches.
