We believe in ownership, continuous improvement and technology as enablers of better work.</p><p>We are looking for a motivated Finance & Administration Intern who wants to learn how a modern Finance & Administration function is built from the ground up, working directly alongside our Head of Finance & Administration.</p><p>This is a 6-month extracurricular internship, with the possibility of extending it for an additional 6 months and a clear objective of long-term employment.</p><h3>What you'll do</h3><p>You will support the Finance & Administration team in its daily activities while progressively taking ownership of operational tasks.</p><p>Your activities will include:</p><ul><li>Supporting active and passive invoicing</li><li>Assisting with accounting and administrative processes</li><li>Organising and maintaining company documentation</li><li>Supporting HR administrative activities (onboarding, documentation, training records, etc.)</li><li>Updating and maintaining internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)</li><li>Working with digital tools such as Notion, Google Workspace, Harvest and QuickBooks</li><li>Supporting process improvement initiatives</li><li>Helping maintain an organised and efficient administrative function</li></ul><h3>What you'll learn</h3><p>During the internship, you will gain practical experience in:</p><ul><li>Finance & Administration</li><li>Business operations</li><li>HR administration</li><li>Process design and documentation</li><li>Digital transformation</li><li>Working inside an international group</li></ul><p>You won't spend six months making photocopies.</p><p>You'll actively contribute to building the operational foundations of a growing company.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>We're not looking for extensive experience.</p><p>We're looking for attitude.</p><p>You are someone who:</p><ul><li>Is organised and naturally detail-oriented</li><li>Enjoys creating order where there is complexity</li><li>Likes documenting processes and improving how things work</li><li>Is curious and eager to learn</li><li>Takes responsibility rather than waiting for instructions</li><li>Is comfortable using digital tools</li><li>Communicates clearly and professionally</li><li>Speaks fluent Italian and has a good level of English</li></ul><h3>Nice to have</h3><ul><li>Studies or background in Administration, Finance, Accounting or Business</li><li>Has a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and how financial statements are structured, even without hands-on bookkeeping experience</li><li>Previous internship or administrative experience</li><li>Familiarity with spreadsheets and productivity software</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><h3>What we offer</h3><ul><li>6-month extracurricular internship</li><li>Possibility of extension for an additional 6 months</li><li>Clear path toward a permanent position</li><li>Direct mentoring from the Head of Finance & Administration</li><li>Modern digital working environment</li><li>Hybrid / remote-first culture</li><li>Real responsibility from day one</li><li>Continuous learning and professional growth</li></ul><h3>Why join Chora?</h3><p>We're looking for people who want to grow together with the company.</p><p>If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes and taking ownership of your work, you'll have the opportunity to build skills that will remain valuable throughout your career.</p>
