We're seeking a motivated and mission driven full stack, technical leader that will report directly into our VP of Engineering as a Principal Engineer. You'll advise and drive the technical strategy for all products and act as a technical mentor for the engineering organization.
You'll work alongside our platform teams to deliver effortless software to physicians in order to drastically improve clinical outcomes and ultimately save patient lives. This would be a great chance to come on board at an early stage startup (~95 employees) and make a direct and substantial impact to our current and future of our roadmap.
What You’ll Be Doing
Report directly into the VP of Engineering, advising and driving the technical strategy and direction of all products of Rad AI
Serve as technical mentor for the Engineering org, fostering a culture of excellence
Develop cutting-edge innovations with industry-level impact on the business and anticipate future technological opportunities
Partner cross-functionally with organizations across the company including, but not limited to: product, platform, infrastructure, and machine learning
Create an inclusive environment that fosters diverse perspectives
Who We’re Looking For:
10+ years of software engineering experience, including experience leading or mentoring engineers at all levels, including staff, senior, and mid-level engineers.
Proven experience leading a large technical organizations, including acting as a technical lead to multiple teams
Deep technical expertise and thought leadership to help innovation and best practices
Comfortable being truly full stack, working across all layers of the stack and being language agnostic
Set the standard for architecture best practices across engineering
Designed and built large highly complex technical projects and products
