Director- Managed Services and Telco Products

Location: San Francisco Bay Area (Preferred)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the Zscaler product strategy and pricing/packaging to build a strong revenue stream with MSP, MSSP and Telcos across the globe

  • Work with multiple product and engineering teams simultaneously to drive a common vision and go to market plan for the service offerings

  • Drive the go to market strategy and business plan for incubating and launching various customized and scalable offerings

  • Work closely with SP and MSSP Tech alliances and partner teams to keep a pulse of the business and GTM support needed to scale the business

  • Collaborate with engineering, product management leadership, support and field teams to drive successful product release and adoption

  • Technical depth to understand Zscaler product lines and align that with business outcomes that are mutually beneficial for partners and Zscaler

  • A passion for customer journey, user experience, usability and a knack for simplicity is critical in this role

Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in the product leadership role with experience in incubating, launching and scaling Managed Services offering in cyber security and/or networking space with MSSP and Telcos globally. Total 10 years of product management or service portfolio management experience required.

  • Prior experience needed around driving GTM plan and business strategy for managed services offerings for SaaS products

  • Expert in at least one of the following three domains: cyber security, networking or cloud technologies

  • Deep understanding of Telco and MSP spend cycles, billing and integration requirements

  • Work closely with Zscaler Channels team to incubate and launch new product offerings on the partner cloud platforms

  • Track record creating products from concept to market success. 

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) – must be able to communicate at a business and technical level with internal teams, customers, partners, and executives.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range$255,000—$300,000 USD
