- Adhere to top-notch food safety, sanitation, and quality standards, ensuring every dish is a delight.
- Monitor and maintain prep levels to ensure everything is fresh and ready for our guests.
- Keep your prep station clean, stocked, and organized, because a tidy kitchen is a happy kitchen.
- Manage incoming goods, ensuring they’re stored properly and ready for culinary creation.
- Maintain our kitchen’s sparkling appearance, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
- Engage with our guests while preparing food, providing a personalized experience that keeps them coming back.
- Operate kitchen equipment like a seasoned pro, from deep fryers to slicers.
- High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to complete our company-paid GED program)
- 1 year of food service experience, with a preference for line cook or prep cook roles
- Ability to work various shifts, including days, nights, overnights, and weekends
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and be 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
- Certifications: Active ServSafe certification or similar qualifications
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with POS software
- Skills: Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
