As our Customer Lifecycle Manager, you will

• Be responsible for developing and executing customer journey and lifecycle strategies to help drive business objectives for key customer segments
• Take charge of customer communication and engagement with our app
• Understand different user journeys and define a communication strategy for these
• Develop targeted campaigns based on customer persona, behaviour, preferences, and interests to engage and re-engage new and existing customers
• Ensure your activation strategies are aligned with business goals and are compliant with legal and regulatory  requirements
• Take responsibility for the conception, implementation, and evaluation of A/B tests via email, SMS, push, and in-app notifications or campaigns
• Analyze customer strategy effectiveness and leverage analytics to manage and optimize campaigns
• Ensure that all customer communication is consistent and aligned with the company's brand and messaging
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the key stakeholders to align on the planned CRM campaigns
• Observe market trends & identify new opportunities for customer engagement and present them to the leadership team
• Be part of the product creation team and work closely with our marketing, brand, design, sales, operations and service teams

What we look for

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of CRM or customer engagement, preferably with an app product
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (C1 or above), both verbal and written
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis
• Knowledge of customer lifecycle management, engagement strategies and tactics
• Experience working with CRM software and systems (including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, Braze, or other comparable platforms)
• A pronounced understanding of target groups in order to set up campaigns and A/B tests
• You are a team player with excellent communication and cooperation skills
• You can work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in the insurance industry is desirable
• B2C experience is an advantage
