Billing Lead

QbD Group is looking for a Billing Lead to own our Order-to-Cash process end-to-end and lead three billing professionals in an environment where no two days look the same.</p> <p> </p> <p>What you’ll be doing</p> <p><strong>Billing &amp; Revenue Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Full-cycle processing of customer invoices in NetSuite, with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Ensure on-time billing in line with Group policies</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Set up projects in NetSuite to enable correct time registration as the basis for invoicing</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate all outgoing invoices and ensure alignment with contractual terms</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Reconcile revenue accounts and manage billing corrections in close collaboration with Cash Collectors</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>O2C Product Ownership</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Act as Product Owner of the O2C process: log and follow up on system bugs, propose new features and change requests in the ERP (Netsuite)</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate with internal stakeholders (project managers, sales, consultants) to ensure alignment between invoicing and project management</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Continuously evaluate and enhance the O2C flow — identifying opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency gains</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Guide consultants through the billing process to ensure proper invoicing.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Group Integration &amp; Expansion</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead the O2C integration of newly acquired companies joining QbD Group</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Ensure qualitative technical integration in NetSuite, keeping track of the needs of all parties</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Build and maintain strong relationships with international stakeholders to ensure efficient cross-border transaction flows</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Take a leading role in the implementation of new processes, tools, and best practices</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Participate actively in Finance Improvement projects</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Coaching</strong><strong><br></strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead, coach, and develop your team</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Act as first point of contact for finance &amp; admin colleagues on billing process questions</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Train and guide colleagues to continuously raise the quality of billing operations across the Group</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Report to the Finance &amp; Accounting Manager, keeping them well-informed of daily operations and process developments</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>✨ About us</p> <p>We support life sciences companies from idea to patient — offering tailored solutions in development, clinical, regulatory, compliance, production, and distribution.
