Responsibilities
This position is located in Kingsport, TN and up to 1300 hours are available per calendar year.
Provide administrative and clerical support for the Global Talent Acquisition organization.
Ensure HR processes are coordinated and conducted in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.
Support and maintain relationships with internal/external customers.
Maintain and process confidential and personal information.
Coordinate all new hire requirements with Medical, Security, Employee Benefits, EEO, Payroll, Systems, HR Service Center and hiring departments.
Ensure hiring processes (recruiting, interviewing and site visit processes) are conducted in an accurate and timely manner.
Organize all recruiting events including company presentations, career fairs, interviews and dinners/receptions.
Utilize various systems to execute Talent related functions.
Accurately enter requisitions and track all candidates as appropriate throughout the pre-hiring process.
Anticipate questions and provide/handle various Talent Acquisitions and HR related information and documents.
Maintain knowledge of employment policies, practices and procedures and obtain correct answers in absence of Talent Acquisition Representative.U.S. export controls laws.
Qualifications
Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalency is required
Skills and Capabilities:
Possess a proficient knowledge of: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Effectively communicate with all levels of company management, employee groups and candidates, both written and orally.
Serve as project leader and/or project member as assigned
Work without close supervision - Demonstrate initiative and must be proactive
Handle confidential information without compromising content to others
Prepare written correspondence and reporting as necessary.
Meet assignment deadlines
Comfort with all Talent Acquisition systems (e.g. ATS, background check system, etc.)
Display accuracy in work
