Leveraging the power of innovations, we are on a journey to shape the future of work, and we are inviting you to co-create it with us.<br/></p><p><em><strong>This is you</strong></em></p><ul> <li>modern Java (min 17), modern Kotlin (1.9/2.0, min 1 year of experience)</li> <li>Spring Boot (Spring Core, Spring Data),</li> <li>JDBC/jOOQ and NoSQL</li> <li>Google cloud,</li> <li>DevOps processes and tools,</li> <li>Monitoring &amp; Metrics tools (Prometheus, Grafana)</li> <li>XP practitioner (TDD, CI/CD, pair programming, coding standards, simple design).</li> <li>Hexagonal/Clean Architecture</li> <li>English B2, Polish C1 (does not have to be located in Poland, but has to speak Polish)</li> </ul><ul> </ul><p><em><strong>This is your role</strong></em></p><ul> <li>Design and develop (including testing) greenfield web backend applications with a focus on flexibility, modularity, and maintainability.</li> <li>Develop and integrate APIs to support front-end applications and third-party services.</li> <li>Engage actively in Agile processes, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure continuous progress and team alignment. </li> <li>Collaborate closely with team members across disciplines (DevOps, data analysts, UX designers, and other software engineers) to integrate backend services with critical platform components.<br/> </li> </ul><p>W<em>e take pride in the diverse skills and character of our teams, welcoming everyone to apply and contribute to our collective strength</em>.</p><ul> </ul>
