Salary: Base salary of $46,815 with uncapped monthly sales incentives.
Total Average Earnings: $50K-65K
Potential for Top Sales Agents Earnings: $80-90K
Training: Our award-winning 10-week training program schedule will be Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST. After training, associates will pivot to an initial permanent schedule of Monday - Friday 10:30am-7:00pm CT.
Candidates MUST be available for the full training duration and permanent work schedule.
This position cannot be hired in the following states: CA, NV, NY
Full-time schedules are 38.75 hours per week.
Technology requirements for work from home:
30 mbps download/3 mbps upload.
Acceptable internet service provider technologies- broadband cable, fiber
Wired connection between work equipment and home internet equipment
Two open Ethernet ports for call center associates using Cloud Phone

If you are technologically savvy, can connect and communicate in a fast-paced environment and adapt easily to changes, we want to know more about you!As a National Sales Agent, you'll sell new property/casualty coverage over the phone with prospective customers in most states. You'll also provide counseling about insurance needs and product availability. This will include providing quotes, determining eligibility and binding coverage after collecting all related underwriting data and information. You'll specialize in personal lines (auto, home, boats, motorcycles, recreational vehicle, umbrellas, flood) business.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handles incoming calls/emails from prospective personal lines and affinity partnership customers for all property/casualty lines insurance. Performs follow-up work to close the sale.
Writes quality risk policies based on underwriting requirements; makes decisions by interpreting and using appropriate classification systems, rating plans, tiers and selection standards; utilizes training and sales techniques to close the sale.
Answers questions, provides explanations and makes recommendations to applicants regarding appropriate coverage for all personal lines policies, limits, deductibles; considers customer needs as well as company guidelines. Determines and enters rating information into systems; provides quotation and binds coverage within prescribed limits.
Completes necessary applications and forms; issues conditional contact/binder within authority. Follows up for necessary documents and payments to close the sale.
Contributes to the team's current quotas/goals by meeting individual quotas/goals, as well as unit/team goals.
Maintains current understanding and proficiency in sales techniques and product offerings, keeps up-to -with market conditions and competitors, and system improvements. Cross-trains on other products and lines of business.
Serves as subject matter authority, providing coaching and feedback in the training classroom, on the job and by mentoring team members.
