Job Description

• As a team leader, you work with and coordinate complex accounting processes in Timisoara and take over the professional leadership on site;
• With your team, you actively contribute to success in accounting by ensuring a smooth process and consistent high quality;
• With your specialist competence and experience as well as your communication skills, you actively shape the exchange of knowledge to become “ONE-Service” Team, for the German entities;
• As a central interface you are responsible for the induction and further development of the team members, as well as for the implementation of trainings (timelines, contact persons, processes, systems) and internal kick-offs. You support the team in day-to-day business, with short-notice inquiries and the preparation of final documents;
• You will work in close collaboration with the colleagues in your group, as well as across, e.g.; GS accounting and PBR - Process Excellence;
• Here you act as a link between the resident and the service center, you will use your language skills to further promote the exchange between the two units. With your many years of experience at Bosch and your good orientation in accounting (general ledger, accounts payable, receivables) you know the processes and systems and can navigate independently. In professional meetings, you represent the tasks and topics of your team, get an overview of current events and challenges in accounting and help shape the transformation;
• In your area of responsibility, you set a good example, show high motivation and connectedness with the assigned topics and tasks.  In close cooperation, you ensure the correct data processing and quality of the postings in your responsibility;
• Through continuous monitoring, analysis and your ideas you contribute sustainably to the improvement and automation of our processes;
• You work yourself and can perform the tasks within your team;
• You are responsible for the completeness and up-to-dateness of the documentation of your team’s processes/ work steps (DtP, VSDIA, posting matrix).

Qualifications

• Education: Completed studies in economics or a comparable field; 
• Experience and know-how: Several years of professional experience in accounting and/or controlling, experience at Bosch, user expertise in SAP R/3 or S/4 FI/CO, very good handling of Excel; Know-how in automated data processing desirable (VBA, KNIME, PowerBI);
• Personality: Engaged and resilient, with a winning nature and a positive attitude, high IT affinity, communicative and assertive; strong analytical and conceptual skills and a deep understanding of numbers and relationships;
• Teamwork: Well-developed social skills when working with colleagues;
• Way of working: Joy in working with data, solution-oriented, high-quality awareness, weakness for improvement of processes and methods, high degree of creative will and proactive approach;
• Languages: Very good spoken and written German and English.
