Banquet Server

Hilton Short Pump is seeking hospitality-minded people with a flair for guest service to work as Servers in our Banquet Department.

Our Banquet Servers help our guests have incredibly memorable and enjoyable experiences. Their main purpose is to have an enthusiastic attitude while ensuring our guests receive the highest quality service and maintaining the appropriate ambiance at our events. The position requires the capability to effectively communicate with guests and team members and the flexibility to work various schedules. 

Job Description:

• Set up side station and perform side work as assigned
• Set up banquet room per client and management expectations
• Provide excellent service and attention to all guests
• Serve beverages and meals according to standards
• Remove soiled plates and glassware
• Clear tables
• Perform other clean up or related duties as needed
