Horseshoe Bend RV Resort – Part-Time Seasonal Guest Experience Specialist

ROAM America is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Part-Time Seasonal Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at Horseshoe Bend RV Resort. We are looking for a dynamic individual who enjoys creating special experiences, craves exceptionalism, and has a passion for the outdoors. Position Overview
As a Guest Experience Specialist at Horseshoe Bend, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, helping them feel welcomed and ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable stay. You’ll assist with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, while providing helpful information about the resort and local area. This role is crucial to maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction, so attention to detail, professionalism, and a love for hospitality are key. Position Responsibilities

• Manage guest reservations, process bookings, and cancellations
• Dress professionally and wear assigned uniform
• Greet guests upon arrival, assist with check-ins, and provide resort information
• Handle check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
• Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
• Process payments, provide receipts, and maintain accurate guest records
• Report any guest issues or abnormalities to management
• Assist with inventory management and cashiering duties
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
• Follow all service standards and procedures specified by the General Manager
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Assist with any other duties as assigned

Candidate Profile

• Preferred experience in guest services
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and reservation systems
• Proficient with Google Suite
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service
• Resourceful, responsible, and motivated to contribute to the team’s success
• Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Hourly Wage: $16.00
