What you'll do

 The working student (f/m/d) will be involved in the following tasks:

 

• Execute end-to-end process for SAP AI Adoption Platform
• Become go-to person for submission management process
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to process customer nominations 
• Create and maintain customer information in SAP Analytics Cloud and MS Lists
• Assist in the preparation of weekly/monthly KPI reporting 
• Update and monitor program operational performance metrics
• Improve processes

 

What you bring

 

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Statistics, Informatics
• Computer skills:  Competent in PowerPoint, Word and very comfortable with Excel. Ideally knowledge in PowerAutomate and MS Lists
• Language skills: fluent in English
• Soft skills: 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and deadline-oriented
  • Energetic and flexible team player able to multi-task and be organized
  • Quicker learner with “can-do” attitude
  • Display professionalism and strong communication skills
• Others: International experience a plus

Be part of the Global Go to Market Operations team for Cloud Services and Delivery – GtM & Customer Intelligence.

 

The team is creating Intelligence based on a strong data foundation and translate into concrete programs that drive measurable business impact.

 

A very multicultural team, covering almost all continents where personal development is always encouraged. You will have the opportunity to drive small projects, AI Adoption and reporting initiatives mostly.

 

We are looking for a part-time working student (f/m/d) to own the end-to-end operations of an internal lead program. This is complemented with reporting related tasks, communication support and business analytics. (dependent on the profile and skill-set).

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
