About the role
This role will work closely with our Commercial Ops, Adoption Services, and Success Operations Portfolio teams to ensure projects are properly set-up in our ERP systems. Management and maintenance of our timesheet tool and support the managers/employees with any issues. Assist the Business Operations organization with expense request and work with Purchasing for PO creation and services level agreement process. Help with project/timesheet and revenue reporting creation and analytics.
Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate Project booking form creation and management for small billable services engagements for transaction in our CRM and ERP tools (Salesforce, ORACLE, SAP).
Create and maintain project performance report (plan revenue/cost vs. actual revenue/cost), and review status of services delivered.
Project creation, management, and general administrative support in our timesheet tool (adding users/groups/tasks, extending dates, closing when complete, etc.) (Workfront)
Create purchase requisitions and PO changes, ensuring accurate cost centers and budget holders are set properly as delegation of approvers.
Validate and maintain contracted Customer entitlement tracking and training voucher creation and consumption.
Generate labor/time utilization, customer usage, and revenue reports and analysis.
Setup and help run online webinar trainings, upload recording, presentation, and Q&A for internal and external training content availability.
Assist with SharePoint maintenance, providing access, and admin tasks.
Support managers with new joiners, leavers, team changes with licenses, access, etc.
Create and maintain process documentation and knowledge articles.
Support our Transformation team with project migration.
Contribute to business process improvement and execution.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration or related field.
Understanding of project accounting and financial concepts.
Experience in Salesforce (CRM) and ORACLE (ERP) or other related systems.
Excellent knowledge of computer-based office tools (i.e. Excel, SharePoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Strong organization and analytical skills; detail oriented.
High level of integrity and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Motivated, proactive self-starter.
Adaptable and flexible to change.
Desire to learn and understand the business.
English spoken and written; foreign languages, verbal and written are an asset.
Salary Range:
$59,200.00 - $98,800.00This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.
