- A people-first leader who listens, adapts, and motivates
- A strategic thinker who can pivot in a fast-paced setting
- Confident, proactive, and solutions-driven
- Professional, coachable, and full of positive energy
- Tech-savvy and system-fluent
- 2–5 years of leadership experience (dental, medical, hospitality, or retail)
- Strong communication + organizational skills
- Open availability on weekends as needed
- Clear background and drug screening
✅ 1+ years in a dental setting
✅ Dentrix (or similar) software knowledge
✅ Insurance billing & A/R experience
