Senior Financial Analyst – JLL

Location: Chicago, IL - onsite 3 days a week

What this job involves:

• Join JLL's Global Leasing Advisory Financial Planning & Analysis team as a Senior Financial Analyst in Chicago, where you'll play a critical role in driving financial excellence across our global operations. This position offers the perfect blend of strategic financial planning and hands-on analysis, supporting our Leasing and Advisory & Consulting business lines worldwide.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Coordinate and facilitate global budgeting, 3-year planning, and forecasting processes while continuously enhancing and streamlining these critical financial workflows
• Develop and manage comprehensive monthly and quarterly dashboard reporting, providing consolidation and strategic analysis of country and global financial performance including trend analysis and variance reporting
• Serve as a key liaison between Global FP&A, Country Global Leasing Advisory Finance teams, and Corporate Functions Finance teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment
• Drive improvements in reporting, analytics, and dashboards to support executive decision-making and implement finance best practices across the organization
• Execute high-visibility special projects focused on operational efficiency, long-range financial planning, and standardization across Global Leasing Advisory reporting
• Ensure harmonization and data integrity across ERP, budgeting, and global consolidation systems • Facilitate strategic alignment initiatives for Global Leasing Advisory, including system infrastructure development and management reporting build-out

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3-5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably in a global professional services firm or similar complex environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with demonstrated ability to manipulate large data sets and create executive-level presentations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail while maintaining big-picture perspective
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high comfort level presenting to and interacting with executive-level professionals
• Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter while excelling in fast-paced, customer service-oriented environments
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple tasks and priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA and/or CPA certification highly valued
• Experience with finance and business intelligence technology including Oracle EPBCS, OneStream, PAX, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Previous exposure to global financial consolidation processes and multi-currency reporting
• Knowledge of real estate or professional services industry financial metrics and KPIs
• Experience with financial system implementations or process improvement initiatives
• Strong project management capabilities with track record of successful cross-functional collaboration
• International business experience or familiarity with global finance operations

Estimated compensation for this position:

91,600.00 – 112,200.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
