Providence is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Applications Analyst with substantial expertise in productivity software to join our growing IS team in supporting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate UKG Productivity IS Business Processes into ERP systems, ensuring that technological solutions align seamlessly with business needs. You'll manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and oversee the implementation, maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of our productivity applications. Your contributions will play a crucial part in conducting rigorous testing, addressing change requests and facilitating successful system releases, ultimately driving forward the mission of Providence through your problem-solving expertise. As a Senior ERP Applications Analyst, you bring: 

  • Knowledge and experience in maintaining a productivity application within a large organization. 
  • Ability to align business-centric needs with productivity application solutions, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Skills to manage expectations regarding productivity application communication, including initial triage, mitigation and resolution.
  • Capability to oversee features, change requests, testing, releases and offer solutions to a variety of complex challenges. 
  • Work in tandem with our consulting implementation team to transition workforce management and productivity application solutions.
  • Balance technical expertise with operations management capability.

Required qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering or Commerce; or a combination of education and relevant experience (at least 5 years of functional experience)
  • 5 years of application design, implementation and/or maintenance of one or more of the following large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems: UKG, Premier, Oracle Cloud suite, Oracle EBS/EPM (Hyperion, etc.) Applications, PeopleSoft, Workday, Kronos, a time & attendance module of a large ERP or a large nurse scheduling application
  • 2 years demonstrated ability to successfully execute medium to complex projects; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management and operational improvement in complex systems

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Master's degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce, Certified Public Accounting (CPA), Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • 2 years subject matter expertise and experience with UKG Productivity is highly desired.  
  • 2 years experience with large scale business transformation and productivity application system implementation projects with scope spanning multiple regions and/or geographies and business process areas
