  • Produce regular updates to customer-facing teams on quarter-to-date and year-to-date tracking against targets.

Sales & Revenue Operations

  • Own Salesforce management and develop it into the company’s source of truth.

  • Be the pipeline watchdog and make sure opportunities are updated each week across all business lines.
  • Improve internal processes and workflows within teams and between teams to become a world class execution team.
  • Look for tasks that can be automated and determine the means to implement change.
  • Automate customer invoicing and reconciliation of monthly sales reports for Finance.
  • Assist with design and management of sales compensation design and monthly commission reporting.
  • Support ABM strategy in the identification and classification of accounts, customer segmentation, and Salesforce mapping.
  • Administer the commercial team’s tech stack, including Pardot, Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, becoming an expert on the best use of each tool.
  • Evaluate new sales enablement tools as needed and work with the IT team to implement new software.
  • Manage 3rd-Party Vendors and Consultants.

Qualifications

  • A passion for addressing climate change and making the energy transition a reality.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales operations and enablement experience, and at least 1 year of experience in enterprise software sales.

  • At least 1 year of people management experience or other experience guiding/mentoring junior team members.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheet skills to provide accurate pipeline forecasting, manipulate data from Salesforce to meet reporting needs of business, building budgets and variable compensation plans.
  • Ability to present complex technical information and communicate it clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • A strategic leader who will roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
