As a Business Analysis Associate within PNC Wealth Management, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA at the Tower at PNC Plaza.

Job Description

  • Conducts research; collects business requirements and participates in the review of processes and procedures, workflow analytics and reporting.May support the analysis of technology requirements in business processes.
  • Under supervision, maintains applicable policy and procedure documentation.
  • Assists in obtaining and identifying the business and/or IT requirements needed to carry out and improve applicable business processes.
  • Supports staff in translating business and/or IT needs, processes and/or procedures by partnering with applicable experts and business stakeholders to determine and articulate needs.
  • Supports the analysis and distribution of relevant reporting.
