Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $80,000.00 – $133,300.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 10 % or $ , based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

Position Details

The OST Training and Communications team provides role-specific learning experiences to over 7,600 team members and leaders building capabilities to drive operational excellence and workforce capability across the Fulfillment Network.

The Sr. Learning Experience Designer is part of the Operations Support Training and Communications Team reporting to the Sr. Manager Training Design and Development. This role is skilled at design and development of innovative learning solutions that support key initiatives across the Branches and Distribution Centers. The Sr. Designer will develop creative, modern, engaging, and effective training solutions that build capabilities geared toward designing impactful learning experiences. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to assess learning needs, improve existing and new processes, and deliver scalable, measurable learning programs. This
