Associate Delivery Enablement Specialist, CT&M

The primary responsibilities of the CT&M Delivery Enablement Specialist are to train and develop Career Transition and Career Mobility team members (colleagues and freelancers/associates) by identifying the current and future tools and resources to deliver the highest quality of service to candidates and customers; partner with Delivery Enablement Leader and Product Management/Marketing to ensure LHH's delivery practices and skills remain relevant and aligned with LHH methodologies; serve as training support for onboarding Career Consultants. This role drives innovation into the CT&M vertical, advancing our delivery services in line with the latest trends, technology and developments to maintain our number one standing in the market.

In this role you can expect to

Key Accountabilities

  • Identify learning needs based on emerging trends in candidate behavior and develop impactful learning solutions (live, recorded, eLearning modules) to build new/enhanced skills and knowledge with CT&M delivery team members using AI tools and resources.
  • Find opportunities to build and enhance learning content and capabilities using digital platforms in partnership with LHH Product and Innovation team and Marketing teams.
  • Manage Professional Development upskilling and global oversight of our Digital Credentials program
  • Collaborate globally with CT&M Ops Directors to identify emerging training needs

All About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field with a focus on Digital Learning
  • Experience designing and delivering digital and virtual training experiences 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
  • Proficiency in using eLearning authoring tools, LMS, and online collaboration and efficiency tools including MicroStrategy, PowerBI/Automate, etc.
  • Technically curious for continuous digital learning
  • Adept at driving results by managing through influence.
  • Passion to Learn Every Day, Reach High, and Make it Fun.
