  • Deal Structures/Negotiation

    • Bring a clear point-of-view and suggested approach to each partnership exploration

    • Be prepared to think strategically and differentiate deal terms by partner, components and structure/type

  • Relationship Management & Collaboration

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal, cross-company and external stakeholders. Ensure high-levels of transparency and communication with a keen ability to tailor messaging to appropriate audiences.

    • Work closely with the Business Development team and other departments (e.g. Go-to-Market, Brand, Data, Product, Engineering, Corporate Development/Finance, etc.) to consistently align Business Development efforts with company-wide goals and strategies.

    • Foster a culture of transparency and continuous learning within the Business Development team and across the organization

  • Data, Reporting & Legal Processing

    • Develop and maintain robust data analysis and reporting systems to track the success of partnerships and inform strategic decisions.

    • Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities, optimize current partnerships, and guide future partnership strategies.
