Graphic Packaging International, Prosperity Extrusion Facility is currently seeking a Warehouse Operator for our Prosperity, SC facility located in Newberry County.
Warehouse operators will support the extrusion facility while operating various types of Hyster mechanical equipment which includes forklift and clamp trucks, yard dog and railcar mover and various other types of powered vehicle equipment.
Previous warehouse experience is required. A stable work history is a must, with a minimum of 2 years at your current employer or a previous employer with powered industrial truck experience. The facility production currently operates 4 days a week, Monday – Thursday, 24 hours a day. Production operates with 2 shifts and the hours are from 6:45 to 7. Shipping and receiving is open Monday @ 7 am until Friday at 4 pm. This is a day shift position and the candidate would work Monday through Thursday from 6:45 am to 7 pm and every other Friday from 7 am to 3 pm.
There is a potential for a schedule change in the future. We would transition from 12-hour shifts to a Monday through Friday schedule working 3 traditional 8-hour shifts from 7 am to 3 pm, 3 pm to 11 pm, and 11pm to 7 am.
