OVHcloud is looking for an experienced Customer Journey leader to join our team, reporting to Global CMO. She/He is responsible of digital customer journey including user experience.

He/she will manage 2 teams:

• Product Design (UX/UI)
• Customer Journey

 

#Missions

Direct report to the Global CMO, you are leading a team in charge of :

 

• Analyze digital customer journey and user experience performance (audit)
• Build understanding of customer needs through their entire lifecycle
• Benchmark competitors digital experience & performance
• Identify set of optimizations to achieve our acquisition & retention targets in Digital, and prioritize deployment of action plans
• Conduct evolutions required jointly with internal teams involved (e.g. Data, Marketing Automation)
• Feed product strategy at the early stage on UX/UI
• Deploy tools required to ensure a seamless digital experience
• Report optimizations and measure performance & ROI – on main KPIs:
• Digital: # visits, # conversions, conversion rate
• Acquisition: # new customers, acquisition rate
• Retention: churn volume and rate

 

#Profil

 

1. Experiences : at least 10 years of working experience working in a managerial marketing position within a complex, fast-paced, and highly competitive environment supporting the delivering of business objectives, proven and successful experience in project management and program improvement
2. Agile : Experience in Agile methodology and potentially Agility@Scale.
3. Tools : define roadmap and implementation plan to build an effective and agile UX/UI teams (Roadmap and implementation)
4. Communication Skills : develop transversality in teams around product customer journey
5. Leadership/People Skills : Ability to effectively interact with, and relate to people at all levels of the business. Ability to move and influence a group, moving the team into a common direction and with a common vision. Must be a likeable and relatable individual who earns the trust of hi teams but also the product management and product marketing teams
