Job Description

You’ll join Xplor Personal Services and our Global Technology team — the team that provides the support and expertise to speciality-care businesses like dry-cleaners and laundry services. We build the platforms they need to support their customers and keep life moving.

You’ll help us enhance our industry-leading platform used by our customer base to run their businesses. Some of the other responsibilities you’ll have:

• Use experience from a wide variety of platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux) and technologies (e.g. .NET, C#, Blazor, Angular, SQL Server, database & API design, streaming data platforms and systems, and other languages and technologies as necessary) to accomplish desired business outcomes
• Mentors Junior Engineers on engineering best practices and appropriate design patterns for common use cases
• Provide technical product improvement suggestions to improve quality, performance, maintainability of front and back end applications
• Communicate and coordinate activities with engineering departments including Product Management, Quality Assurance, DevOps and other engineering teams
• Review and provided feedback on product requirements, visual designs and testing plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience using C# & MVVM patterns
• At least 2 years of professional experience with Full Stack development focused primarily on Microsoft .NET stack
• At least 2  years of experience with SQL Server
• .NET Blazor experience a plus
• API design experience a plus
• Comfort level working in an Agile environments with a high degree of ownership
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals
