Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in financial technology (fintech) or a related field
• 10 years of experience in a marketing role or at an advertising agency 
• Proficiency in B2C channels for effective marketing and lead generation
• Proven track record in leadership and cultivating growth within marketing teams
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent competency in marketing or a related field
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Led a team in the principles, practices, and techniques of marketing strategies 
• Led a team in analyzing and interpreting marketing related data 
• Led a team in growing a brand and delivering integrated marketing programs 
• Master's Degree

Job Summary

The Director, Marketing – Portfolio Marketing leads team(s) to implement integrated marketing strategies focused on cross-selling Rocket product categories (Home Equity, Purchase, Personal Loans) to serviced clients. This position leverages consumer insights, sales data, and current market trends to identify opportunities for marketing management methods and expand the servicing portfolio, including onboarding and engagement with Rocket products. This role is pivotal in understanding our company’s vision and values to translate them into a cohesive brand and product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Leads team members and leaders to develop brand and product marketing strategies and creating successful integrated marketing campaigns   
• Delivers Strategic Marketing oversight for their team or team(s), delivering growth for the brand
• Lead teams in conducting market research. Understand customer preferences, analyze trends, and recommend marketing approaches that resonate with existing serviced clients
• Uncover and lead creative marketing solutions to solve for business needs or goals    
• Maintain an updated knowledge base and understanding of content strategy, design concepts, marketing principles and practices, and the current tools and software utilized on the team  
• Continuously identify and initiate solutions for areas of opportunity in the business 
• Develop and evaluate the skills of the Marketing team      
• Develop and support long-range diversity and inclusivity strategies and initiatives that improve market penetration, enhance leadership makeup, and create a culture that values diversity and innovation 
• Articulate a compelling vision for the team, anticipate obstacles and consistently communicate the company’s mission to inspire action
