The Reporting & Analytics (R&A) Centre of Excellence is a global function in Finance responsible for enabling data-driven performance management and decision-making across Vestas. The CoE brings together business-facing analytics, governance and definitions, analytics engineering, and operations into a single, integrated operating model. Its purpose is to create a scalable, standardised, and high-quality analytics environment that delivers “one version of the truth” across Vestas. The R&A CoE works closely with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Digital to translate business needs into analytics products, while ensuring consistency in data definitions, efficient delivery, and modern engineering practices. By combining subject matter knowledge, technical capability, and operational excellence, the CoE plays a critical role in improving performance transparency, accelerating decision-making, and reducing manual reporting across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
This role supports enterprise performance reporting and analytics, delivering data, insights, and reporting to stakeholders. It sits within the Performance & Decision Products pillar, contributing to core reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Support enterprise performance reporting, including ExM deliverables
- Identify and source relevant data across multiple systems
- Translate business requirements into structured analytical requirements
- Act as interface between business stakeholders and engineering teams
- Specify requirements for data modelling and reporting builds
- Ensure outputs meet business needs and usability standards and support alignment on definitions with Governance team
- Continuously improve reporting outputs and processes
Qualifications
- 2–5 years in analytics, finance, or business analysis
- Experience with performance reporting
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience working with stakeholders at different levels
- Familiarity with BI tools and data concepts

Expected travel up to 20 days annually.
