Schedule
M: 6:30am - 2pm
T: 6:30am - 3pm
W: 1pm - 8pm
R: 1pm-8pm
F: 6:30am - 3pm

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
- Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling to maintain a productive schedule
- Verify patient information and maintain accurate records
- Perform insurance verification and provide basic benefit breakdowns to patients
- Collect co-pays, balances, and process patient payments
- Coordinate patient flow and support the clinical team as needed
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment
- Maintain an organized and efficient front office environment
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental front office role required
- Experience with dental insurance verification and patient scheduling preferred
- Familiarity with practice management software is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
