Within SaT, Real Estate team is part of Valuations, Modelling and Economics sub-service line. </p> <p> </p> <p>Our specialist real estate and hospitality industry team is growing, and we are currently looking for experienced professionals at the Analyst &amp; Senior Analyst level. Our practice provides analytical, valuation, operational, and other business advisory services to investors, financial institutions, developers, hospitality companies, and Fortune 500 companies. Working in a multi-national environment, the team also undertakes a range of transactions, from local to cross-border multinational disposals or acquisitions.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a valued member of this creative environment, you will be given the opportunity to take responsibilities on challenging projects, gaining exposure to various sectors, both within Greece and the Central &amp; Southeastern Europe region.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your key responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Participation in advisory engagements involving financial and economic analysis of real estate and hospitality companies, projects, and properties, including <ul> <li>market, valuation, financial, operational and investment analyses</li> <li>feasibility studies</li> <li>acquisition/development due diligence; vendor due diligence</li> <li>strategy design</li> <li> market research</li> </ul> </li> <li>Interfacing directly with clients</li> <li><a name="_Hlk18068727">Demonstrating strong team participation skills, particularly in teams with diverse skills and backgrounds</a></li> <li>Demonstrating a high level of professionalism and consistency in client work, business development and practice development</li> <li>Demonstrating strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What we look for</p> <p> </p> <p>Required</p> <ul> <li>Strong academic background, including a BSc in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Civil/Architectural Engineering, or another related field</li> <li>1 – 3 years of relevant work experience within a major Real Estate firm, an Investment Bank, a multinational firm, or similar</li> <li>Good understanding of the local real estate industry and ability to recognize key performance drivers and emerging business, technical and industry trends.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal skills in Greek and English</li> <li>Very good knowledge in Financial Modeling and MS Office packages, in particular MS Excel</li> <li>Strong team participation skills, particularly in teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, coupled with the ability to coach and mentor others.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical/quantitative skills (cash flow modeling experience).</li> <li>Strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas</li> <li>Professionalism and consistency in approach to client work, internal business, and practice development</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Desirable</p> <ul> <li>Experience in the hospitality sector</li> <li>Experience in a Big4 professional services firm</li> <li>An active RICS / CFA certification (or in a final stage of completion)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What we offer</p> <ul> <li>Competitive remuneration package: You’ll be rewarded for your individual and team performance.
