Manage experienced teams implementing finance transformation and close acceleration solutions&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Advise clients on target operating models for finance, including roles, responsibilities and process ownership&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Strengthen and maintain collaboration with key technology providers in ERP / EPM / Fast Close. Lead client discussions on fast close, accounting efficiency, close quality and enabling technologies&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Coach and develop team members in record\-to\-report and close excellence topics&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Requirements&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting or (business) informatics, or a comparable qualification. CPA or equivalent considered a strong plus&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance consulting or audit / advisory, with a strong focus on record\-to\-report, financial close or group reporting&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Deep knowledge of accounting, consolidation and close processes in a multinational environment.
